I run a Club in Monroe County Al. about 3/4 mile East of the Alabama River and about 5 miles South of Hwy. 84. We have 2300 acres of all age and timber type. We have a stocked 25 acre lake and a 3 br camp house that rarely gets used. It is a nice camp in my opinion and has satelite tv for the Sat. football games. We have a nice skinning shed with lights onsite. We now have 12 members and I need 14 so we are looking for 2 more. We have a great group of guys that are not gung ho hunting everyday type. We all like to hunt a little bit and cook alot and have a drink that night watching football games. We shoot 8 pt or better and we plant 28 food Plots from 3/4 acre up to 5 acres. Nice shooting houses on patces. Last year with what little hunting took place we killed 14 bucks and 16 does I believe. 3 really nice bucks that went on the wall. Land has been managed for about 8 yrs. and you will see a good number of deer. We saw up to 25 in patches last year. Let me know if you are interested we have a good set of rules that have evolved over time and I will be happy to show the land to serious folks. I have tons of game trail pics also.
