I do not know the make or year. It has a lanyardkill switchin the back that you can pull to kill the motor. Also has a restrictor built in that can be adjusted to regulate the speed.
We bought our daughter the "pink camo" version of this 4 wheeler for x-mas. They are perfect for a youngster to learn to ride and they are plenty tough and reliable for that. That's a good price for that atv. Good luck with the sale.
I fired it up last night after not using it for awhile. I thought I would let everyone know that it does not like to sit at idle. It wants to die when you come to a complete stop and let off the gas. As long as you keep your thumb on the gas, even just a little bit, it runs great. I am sure this is just a small adjustment that needs to be made, but thought it was worth mentioning. There is also a spot on the back where the camo paint has rubbed off a little bit. Otherwise this thing is in great shape and ready to make your child smile. By the way these run around $500+ new. I will be around this weekend if anyone wants to come check it out.
