The car belonged to my father-in-law. He was the original owner. He passed away last October and we are finally getting the last parts of the estate finished up. The car is the last thing that we need to sell. He kept up on the maintenance on it religously and had it serviced by a certified Mercedes tech. Actually, Fred, a member on here, owns the shop and is the one who took care of it. The tires are in pretty good shape. I have not taken the tires off to look at the brakes, but it stops smooth and quiet so I have no reason to suspect anything is wrong there. Everything on the car works as it should. He was an elderly gentleman and lived by himself so most of the time he was the only one in the car. My wife actually prefers this car over ours, but ours is an E320 so it is slightly larger and I personally prefer the larger car. I dont know much more than that, other than the fact that I have driven it and it rides good, stops good, and has plenty of get up and go. You can come on over and take a look at it, take it for a spin around the block and see what ya think. Pop the hood, kick the tires, bs for a bit, then make your decison.
Let me know if ya want to come check it out. You can either swing by the house or I can bring it to work one day..
