I can not believe I am saying this, but I am thinking about jumping into self processing world. The cost to process a deer commercially is just down right expensive. We would only like to do link sausages and summer sausages.
What is the recommendation for a good combo grinder with sausage maker attachment? I generally process one deer a year so nothing super fancy. Just want reliable.
