Well I had cooked up some maple sausage that I cooled in the fridge and then mixed it in with cream cheese plus smoked maple seasoning. I took this mixture and made stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. They came out great, sorry no pictures.

However I ended up with a lot of leftover sausage and cream cheese mix. So I took this mixture rolled into a ball and rolled it into pecan pieces and had an instant cheese ball/meat party. Add favorite cracker and go!

Recipe approximately:

1 and half sticks of cream cheese
1 tube of jimmy dean maple sausage
smoke maple seasoning till you think its enough
pecan pieces till covered
