Those are on skids. He probably will not be able to drag that up on the trailer or rollback without tearing those drums up.Shed Mover,

Probably would need a pontoon cradle to set it on, or wood framing to protect the barrels. No matter which way you haul it.

Truthfully unless it was super cheap it wouldn't take much to build that. Looks like a shed floor with some uprights bolted to the rim edge. By where the barrels are located it must have had 4 joists under there running the long way with the barrels.

ON FB, when I want an item, my first response is "I want to buy this"
If they do not reply within a few minutes, I hit them a second time "How soon can I buy this"
Then "Where is this located"
They respond. and now we have dialog, and I try to move it to text message.
Of course, you lost this one, and may be it was for the better.
In a few years those barrels would start leaking and taking on water, then you would be on here with
"How do I raise my sunken floating dock, any ideas?"
I think you would be better off with an old Pontoon Boat for this application.
My buddy near Archie Glover used one for a floating dock.
He loves it, and went this route instead of building a real dock as:
"No Permits are Required"
