Our lease is up at the end of the month so we are looking for another place to rent. We need something that is dog friendly and has a fenced yard. Trying to find something for 800 or less. We have 4 big dogs which makes it harder. However they are all over 2 years old so are out of that puppy destruction age.

If anyone has any leads or contact info please let us know.

Thanks in advance!

There are some good deals in the warrington area. Best deals are by owners with for rent signs out front . Rental companys want a 35$ per head application fee with no refund. Do that ten times & u just spent $ 350.00 not even renting anything.

Only problem is the fence. We need a fenced yard.

Yea. Rental companies want you to jump through hoops. Would much rather rent from an owner. But they are harder to find unless you happen to drive by it.

Is your shop a yellow color? I drive by there all the time and see bikes for sale. Always mean to stop in but never do.
The building in front used to be yellow. Its orange now. We are in the building right behind that one, same parking lot.

Bump. Still looking. Most of the ones we are finding require an application and a credit score of 600. I have no credit, literally, no credit. Credit Karma says there is not enough in my file to generate a score. Says I have a " thin file". How is a person supposed to find a decent place to rent down here? We have been in this house for three years and have no evictions on us at all. Isnt that enough to show we will pay our rent? Every house I ever rented before was based on a mans word and a handshake. Times sure have changed....

If anyone knows of a place, please let us know. Thanks.

Again , There's quite a few in the warrington area that's came up recently. U have got more replies than I did when I had the same issues. All I got was Crickets. Several in the navy point area as well. Screw Realty company's. Most dont even return your call about a rental. Some did. They were in the worst Places or the most expensive. They used newly renovated pics to advertise. When u got there to see it,,, OMG ! Crack head Dumps.

Honestly you just have to get lucky...

Spend a few days just driving around areas you like or subdivisions you want to live in and look for the rental signs.

The prices around here are nuts though. 80% of rental homes here were built between 1960 and 1990 and have no updates or anything and only in fair shape and people still want to try and charge $900 a month or more.

People start moving and selling though around this time of year and when the weather starts to warm, so just keep an eye out.

Also, try Zillow.com, they keep it pretty updated with available rentals.

I posted here recently about my my vacant house that I got stuck with in my divorce. It's a 1650 sqft 4 bedroom house with 1 1/2 bath, sits on a 1/3 acre lot with a fenced in back yard. The house is in need of repairs and the inside isn't pretty but is livable, on the bright side your dogs aren't a problem. Short term would work too if you like until you can find something better. It used to be a nice home before I moved out and my ex stopped taking care of it.

I just need to start getting rent to do the repairs and upgrade the inside of the house. If you are interested send me a pm and we will see if we can work something out.

The house is located in carriage hills close to monterreys mexican restaurant off Mobile Highway in pensacola.
