Are you or do you know a younger person who wants to get into the boat business? We are hiring a boat washer/lot porter with great pay and benefits at my location. This is a permanent, year round, full-time position with the world’s largest marina operator. This position is where most folks get their foot in the door in the boating industry with opportunities to move into servicing boats, selling boats, marina operations or being a delivery captain. Must have a driver’s license, be 18 or older and willing to work Saturdays. Position is in Niceville, FL. Call me at (407) 394-7623 if you are interested and I will get you in front of the hiring manager!

I did this a couple years during high school, met some great people.
Worked in a slaughterhouse biggest one around when I was young even at night for several years when I started a the place I work at now 25 + years ago. Man the people I met and things I got to experience because of that place! The Man that owned it was a Old Vet no nonsense man Real a hole! Spoke the truth and would tell you like it was with a no give a damn attitude you screwed up you would know IT lol . And I think about him all the time Great Man! Lester Acker. I miss that man and the life lessons that he taught me. If you can't afford a education or don't give a damn about it when your a kid. These kind jobs can give you a perspective of how and what you need to do to have a enjoyable productive life.

Time was when there were young people hungry for opportunities like this. I know I would have been when I was 19. Times aren't what they were. Every generation says that, but it's because it's true... every generation it seems like we get weaker with less motivation, self-sufficiency, work ethic, and problem solving. My faith in our society has succumbed to mere hope, and that continues to wane every decade. Didn't mean to be a downer, I hope you find someone.

10 million jobs available, only 4 million people looking for jobs, according to Biden economics, and those 4 million want remote, sit on their butt positions at $100+k/year with zero experience. My daughter is a hiring recruiter, sees it daily.
COVID ruined a lot more than people's health, it was a massive socialism introduction.

If you run a business nowadays, you'll be lucky to have 1 out of 4 people even show up for an interview. Parents who are padding their kids bank accounts or giving them free reign with the credit card, for nothing in return, are doing them a real disservice. The good news is, those that are hungry, reliable hard workers will really shine and have the opportunity to make something of themselves.
