I hunted in Blue Water Creek when it first went to Rec. Permit. I have not been since. I bought the permit this year but all I got was receipt from tax office. It has customer number on it so they say it is a license. Just wanted to see if any new comers got the same type license or if it was mailed to them

Yes, that is the actual permit; however, you stillhave to have a valid FL hunting license to hunt Blue Water.
