Cant forget tabasco peppers, habaneros, and jalapenos. I start m up dry and boil the bejiebers out of them. Little bit of black pepper, cayenne pepper and a splash of seasalt and worcestshire yum yum. Still havent figured out why wifey sleeps in spare bedroom when i do beans??? Whats yur recipe?

Doing a pot this week. We do the 15 bean Cajun, and add a can of rotel, onions, garlic and whatever meat we want, most the time hocks, jowls, or ham.

Soak overnight and wash well. When ya bring em up to a boil skim the white froth (if there is any). This will reduce the flatulance. Did a big ol pot of navy beans last week, only blew kisses twice!

In my navy beans I like salt pork and a sprig or 2 of Rosemary. Hot sauce added in the bowl and a big slice of sour dough bread with a thick layer of butter.
