I just wanted to recommend anyone who has not tried Lee's Meat Market in Milton for processing to give them a try. The smoked sausuage is good and you can't beat the price that they charge. They are first class when it comes to customer service also. I am here in Afghanistan right now until July but I had to get a deer processed in the last 2 weeks in Dec. I was hit up for a short notice deployment so I had to get is done quick. I already had another deer there to be picked up and asked them if they could get it processed for me before I fly out. Of course the great people that they are they said yes even tough it was during the holidays. I just wanted to post my experience with them and hope that yall would give them a try.

I too, would also vouch for Lee's in Milton, My father and I have always taken deer there from when I was young, and they have never let us down.

Ipicked up my processed deer from Lee's a couple days ago and tried their summer sausage and I will say, that's the best summer sausage I have ever tasted. Can't wait to try the smoked sausage and hamburger meat..:hungry

Jon, if you stop by the Sav-A-Lot just down the road and buy a pack of bacon ends and pieces and have him mix that in those are the best burgers you will ever eat. I got a doe on ice right now and thats what Im planning on doing with her.

Just dropped it off and just saw your post. Man those guys are working like crazy in that place. There are coolers stacked to the ceiling in that place. There's a lot of dead deer in that place.:letsdrink

Nothing. I heard a ton of deer. I had Cayote's start at 1 end and heard 4 different deer blowing as it run from 1 side to the other. I was honestly ready for season to be over and my freeze is stuffed so it's all good.
