For the DIY'r, here is a great link with video instructions!

I loved many of the different foods from serving two tours there. I feel ya. Try going to the dentist after eating some of that kimche (lol). You will have to find a new dentist.:D

Anyway, I had the hankering for some kim bap and I found this excellent website. The gal is cute and provides recipes and a video on many of the korean dishes I am sure you are familiar with. Check it out.

Splittine, thanks, thought that was it. Think there might be another store on the north side of the RR bridge in town.
Boatnbob, that site had some awesome looking eats.
5-0, coming back from Defunk, take the I-10 exit, turn right. Just before you get to the 5th stoplight, look to your right, that's the plaza. Store is in the middle, kinda.
