Do you guys start killing them right off the bat or do you wait till after rut.I was wondering this.Some say wait till after rut cause the does are what brings the bucks in to the feeders and plots.Im probably gonna wait till the last month to pop a few just wondering what you guys thoughts were.

We shoot them during bow season then the kids shot everything during youth weekend .we shoot them during dec when everything slows down

Whack as many as you can as early as you can.

The fewer does you have running around on your property during the rut the more the bucks will have to be on their feet during the day looking for them.

This is one of the big problems on public land. Way to many does running around. The bucks don't have to move around much at all during the rut to find a hot doe.

I shoot mine early in season, never after the rut. Killing them after rut it's like killing 3. (pregnant)

Unfortunately our season never goes past the riut in Alabama and Florida. Kill your does early and be done with them by Christmas in my opinion.

From my experience in the last few years if you don't see a nice buck the first week of the season you could just about stop hunting until the rut.

So with that in mind, I usually shoot my does after my first few hunts.
