This motor looks and runs great! None of this 'ran good two years ago' or 'ran good the last time my brother's uncle George's mom used it'. Placed it on a 10 ft jon boat yesterday and ran it for over an hour up and down the Yellow river. This is a 1995 Johnson motor ser# J3reod. I put a new carb kit in it, drained the oil from the lower unit, (no water in it!!) pressure tested it and put new oil in it.
