I'm ready to go if the water is ready. Can somebody taste "East Bay" and let me know? Thanks... I might even share some...It takes some gearing -up and fuel expense, so If I'm going to freeze my @$$ off, I like 'em salty...Thanks... JFS

Dylan are you sure you eat East Bay oysters. I've lived here all my life and been eating oysters out of East Bay and the ones I got the other day was the saltiest I've eaten yet.

It was not last Friday but Friday before last..Travis(Freespool) had them..I had some from Galveston the week prior to that were better than these

Those that you got may have been washed to much. If you wash them to much or let them sit in a cooler without the drain open it will take the taste out of the oyster. Always let the water from the ice drain out of the cooler when chilling oysters.

Had a buddy bring over a cooler full from last night from East Bay that he bought on Friday (3/5) morning and he said they were VERY salty. I didn't eat any, but plan to soon.

Come to the beach tonight, Gilligan's Tiki Hut at the Hampton Inn, and try some East Bay Oysters for free.

Then you will know your own self if they are any good!!

We tonged a couple sacks out of escambia bay last weekend and they were very salty.

I got some east bay oysters a week and a half ago and they were very salty and very tasty. best ive had in a while.
