[Telum Pisces]

Does anyone hunt Eglin Main on base? Since I work at Eglin now, I was wanting some information about these small locations. You can PM me if you would like. :thumbup:

On the actual base or just on Eglin property? I am specifically asking about the archery only spots ON BASE.

Many years ago I hunted the area across from the bx. It was archery only at that time. There is also a small piece back toward the credit union just before the walkover that the prisioners used to have their gardens. Lota of deer in both places then.

When you first turn off of 98 I scouted the archery area to the right sorry I can't remember which one that is, lots of deer and coyote tracks all over the place plus lots of pre staged stands. I could not guarantee a spot I just ran a couple game trails till I found spots that I couldn't find any other hunters stands

I see lots of dear in those areas but I
Thought you had to be active duty to hunt them. Years ago when they had unit numbers all of 15 was active duty only. I have a contractors badge for eglin and was told I could not hunt the areas marked Dod affiliated. If you are able to hunt those ares I would hunt them.
