How tall is the tressel off the water? I am trying to see if my Trophy WA will fit under the tressel. I am pretty sure I will need to take the bimini down, but I am wanting to know before I try and head up river on one of these rough days like we have been having lately.

Not very tall. I can remember the need to come off plane and duck my head to get under it with a small runabout. Tides and river stage also are a factor.

I agree with the above statement. There is two sections of the "bridge" to the east of the swinging part, that are a tad taller and wider for boats to pass. If you cant make it there, just blow your whistle, or horn 3 times. It might take about 5 minutes, but a guy will come out of the shack and open the tressel.

Tide is a huge factor but even at high tide I can get under the stationary part with my bimini down in a 236 Chaparral SSX. It looks a lot more treacherous than it really is. It only took me about 100 times going under it to get over the nerves.
