It's what's trending, now. I have a feeling that it will pass in time. It's a mines bigger than yours thing.
Sports Illustrated.I thought this was gonna be about someone's woman.
Fuel consumption isn't just about money. Range is what I'm talking about.I kinda think those that can afford a 53' Hydra Sport are not going to worry about fuel costs.
Nice looking rig. 57' Center Console but it's going to be an inboard and I'm betting it's diesel. I kinda like it. Has the best of both worlds.
I'll believe 1MPG when I see it. Been on too many boats boasting these economies only to be disappointed. What's estimated price? Quarter of which sport fisher?12 ft beam 55 ft long, 1000 gallons of fuel, 45mph cruise at an estimated 1 mpg, 70 mph top speed. Nice size cabin with a full size bed, stand up shower and galley. And you can FISH ALL THE WAY AROUND IT. Makes sense to me. Oh and a quarter of the price of a sportfisher in the same size. Range and comfort.
The only thing missing from that boat is another outboard. The 53 Suenos...
I've offered up a free seat a time or two for a trip and you could have seen the 1 mpg. Depending on load and sea conditions I have seen anywhere from .9 to 1.2 at 40-45 mph in the 392. Those aren't hyped up numbers. And the 45 is gonna be in the $700s and the 55 in the $900s. Price compare that out to a new 45-55ft sporty. Anytime you want to go for a ride Chris, give me a call. I'll make it happen.I'll believe 1MPG when I see it. Been on too many boats boasting these economies only to be disappointed. What's estimated price? Quarter of which sport fisher?
