The house is a 3bdr/2bth, 1400sq ft on almost half an acre. The home has a large front porch and covered rear deck. It has tile in common areas and wood in the bedrooms, central cooling and heat, kitchen has plenty of counter space and all appliances except refrigerator. The laundry room has a entry door and includes built in shelves. The back yard is completely fenced in and has a shed with two covered areas to park a small boat or lawnmower.

This house is in a very nice area. You are fairly close to P Cola via the interstate but far enough away not to have to deal with the BS that you have to when living in the city. I live a block from Mulat across from the schools and it is extremely quiet. The schools are also top notch. Also has easy access to archie glover boat ramp.
