Pretty much all I know is dock lights and 3 mile bridge at night time... I live in Milton and want to be able to go to mulat or Indian bayous, maybe garcon point, jims, or anywhere near me and actually have a clue what to do when the sun is shining. In my mind I see 8am till around 5pm as dead time since I have no idea how to fish during those times other than trolling at the beach. Thanks for any tips!

See there, I thought top water action died before 8, is it an all day tactic or dependent on water temp?
I wouldn't say water temp...more of a sun thing.
If the sky is overcast and dark, I'll throw top water all day, that's why night and early morning are top water times.
If you see bait being chased and busted, throw something in the mix.
