They are there.

We had a 24-pounder weighed in during the RFRA Tournament for the $100 daily prize on Sunday. Caught off the end of Palafox.

With the north wind coming the next few days, should be a good time to balloon a bait out there and try your luck.

Angler Management (10/25/2007)Tie the balloon to the line, not line to balloon. I'd give it about 3ft or so.

Good luck, and Tight Lines

What he said. It just lets the bait drift out with the wind. Works on the beach as well.

i like to use a short bit of 4# line attach the baloon to the swivel, that way it breaks away easy. We went threw this on the old forum, baloons are birdegrateable :letsparty
