Does anyone know what the best way to sharpen a gut hook on a Gerber Xtreme Hunter knife. I'm wondering if they make a tool just for gut hooks.:banghead

Use a dremel with the red compound, it'll be a razor!

Yes they do, Its called a file. If it's not too bad, a fish hook sharpener would do the trick.

Hopefully, you'll need the gut hook next Saturday.

Depending on the size of the gut hook, the dremmel sounds good or a smaller ceramic sharpening rod would also work...
