It's my Wife's Birthday and she wants gumbo and grilled oysters, so i picked up a box and started the Gumbo , grilling oysters tomorrow, smelling good up in this shop !

I Blackened the Blackfin(caught Friday) with fresh market blackening season, best I've found , Man it was Good!
