Someone commented in another thread about river run off into the Gulf. I went and got the satellite picture and decided to just post it as a new thread.

Note the muddy water coming out of most rivers. Interesting looking at the Port St, Joe area.

What do you see interesting at Port St. Joe? All I see is cloud cover there, looks normal unless you see something I'm not?
Mobile Bay looks real muddy as does the NOLA area.

I've noticed something weird in Pensacola Bay. Tide going out, the water is red, but clear. Incoming tide the water is muddy.

The red is tanic acid from the pine trees due to storm runoff.
