well i accurired one about two years ago and i just finally busted her open and cleaned it up and re-painted it and all that good stuff...well i had some trouble gettin the main gear berring pushed out so i had to lightly beat it out. well i got everything painted and back together. everything went well(the anti reverse is a bi&%$ to get back in) untill i tryed to put the spool on? litarally the easiest thing to put on and its not goin on! im fustrated and stepped away from it..nothing looks all fubar....so anybody got any ideas?

sometimes the drag stack will get misaligned and keep the mainshaft from going through. I just take a flat head screwdriver and turn it until the drag stack is all lined up.

damn man i love r work!! i did a 706z and put the customcuts in it and painted it



but thanks anyway i fixed it just now! i went and was looking and on the main shaft there was a little bit of mushrooming were the drag link lines uo the spool so i took a light file to it and now she has line on it and shes ready to go!!

but im about 35 to 40 mins away from u and would love to come to destin for the day and take a look at ur work up close and share fishing stories!!and mabey go fish a little..so just let me know cause i live 40mins away from bas bro without the hurlbert traffic!
