Eggs about 2 1/2yrs old and I average about once a week cooking on it. So 125 + cooks. I’ve noticed when I close it up it continues to cook at about 190 for several hours. I’m assuming an air leak - could I need a new seal?

New seal kit is $20. Couldn’t hurt to change it.
They also recommended tightening your bands. Lid could have shifted and be a little cattywampused.
