Good info if true, online support for those against amnd 40

Are there the people that i truly should be against on the gulf council or is this a trick by the ones i should be against, i follow this somewhat but I remember seeing different names before. I know i don't support any kind of catch shares and charter boats can kiss my butt, especially head boats. I support them as small businesses but they shouldn't get special rules to catch anything i cant. If this is good for rec fisherman as it states im all about signing it and hopefully everyone else should too.
