I have been in the " extended warranty" business for now 42 years . My first advice is to drive them and buy what you like the most . Second , if all things are fairly equal , check and see if one of them has a really good rebate or finance special going on when you are ready to pull the trigger. All that being said , our company is losing its' ass on both GM and Ford transmissions over the past two years in both trucks and suv's !!

I have a 21 crew cab cummins with air ride and it rides best with a load behind it. The rear air bags are like bricks when you hit a bump unloaded.... Other than that the truck is super nice.
All trucks that are made to haul ride like crap unloaded in my experience. The suspension is made to have weight on it, since it's a truck after all.

Our 2017 F350, and F450 are great. The 350 has 110k miles and no major issues other than the standard emissions sensor BS. It's been used almost exclusively to tow 10k lbs every trip, and with a fairly loaded bed as well.

450 has a much better turning radius which is funny. That long bed crew cab 350 needs 10 acres to u turn.

That 6.7 pulls like a train and gets pretty decent mileage.

No doubt. Buying a truck made to haul heavy loads and expecting a Cadillac ride is absurd. I don't expect the new ones to ride like my 06, but I don't expect a luxury ride.

My 19 F250 rides pretty smooth for a 3/4 ton truck. Cannot tell much difference in an F150 ride to tell the truth.
On the highway our 350 rides pretty good. Get on some south Louisiana roads and it'll beat you to death. Although the 350 has a much stiffer rear suspension I'd imagine. We also run E rated all terrain tires so that has an effect I'm sure.
