Thats why I don't like most net fishermen. I don't mind it when its legal, but those cock suckers like that need to be shot (yet another reason to be packing on a boat), man thats rediculous. Maybe its just me because I grew up rod'n'reel fishing on the bon secour river, but hey if they can't get enough money out of keep'n it legal, they need to find something else to do. Hope I didn't affend any net fishermen out there.
