I have made a few efforts(2) lately to catch some ghost shrimp and have come up empty. Granted, I am not seeing many holes and the shore break has been churning so I could just not be seeing them. For those of you that catch them regularly, yall got any tips? I am using a pump and have a net handy to dip them.

FWIW, my boy and I have been doing fairly well in the evenings with sandlfeas and fishbites. The sandfleas have been tiny and tough to find so just trying to explore options.

I take it it's for pompano, so have you tried pompano jigs? If not, try a few. Pink does good, and you'll need a good casting rod, not a surf rod. g/l

The intercoastal usually holds some on the muddy flats. Navarre has a bunch in shallow water.
