Guys I have a 10 y/o 40 gal elec water heater that I removed from the house yesterday. It was heating but could not keep up with the family. I changed it out for a 50 gal. I have no use for a secondWH. It is a dual element anddoes need one replaced. You will probably need a new cold fill tube as well. First to call and come pick it up. I will even help you load it.393-7425. Rick.
