i read it fine. i must have been out of pocket, i haven't heard about this. what are they wanting to do exactly?

it is a pdf file all you need is adobe acrobat reader to view.

Im sorry I sent it at the RFRA building and I recieved it as a pdf and could not figure out how to copy and paste it I"LL have to wait till JOE Z gets there or MIKE in the morning and try it again.

It essentually says the GOVERNMENT is going to start taking your natural bottom away in the GULF OF MEXICO in large portions in the very near future and yes it will effect some trolling grounds also.
