Flounder???

Where are the flounder this time of year. I have caught a few here and there but not many. Few in escambia river and few in perdido river but cant pin point where they are stacked up thick. All mine caight on new penny gulp shrimp. Is this the best method?? thanks

Thanks for the info guys. Ive heard of some being caught near pass area as well. Ill try out the mouth of the river with the gulp.
