I have been happy with the bubba blade pliers. I prefer the rubberized grip over the non after using for a while. Affordable enough that I have 2 pair. One pair stays on hip and second pair is Velcro strapped to T Top leg.

I have an eye bolt on my side console to tighten hook knots. It's also a great spot to snap the Boomerang nipper when re-tying leaders. Great little tool. But my Donnmar titanium pliers snip 10-pound braid cleanly, too.
