Planning to hit Fish River Labor Day and again early November. I'm new to the forum and to fishing the area. Can I find Redfish and trout this time of year at the creeks just above 98 or where the river meets Weeks Bay? I will have popping cork / shrimp, jig head with Gulp plastics and spoons.

Have been reading posts for an hour this evening before joining and yall seem like a good group...Any assistance is appreciated.

i have fished, crabbed, and shrimped at the boat landing at pelican point where weeks bay joins bon secour. i did checkout under the bridge one time but couldn't find a good place to fish. there's plenty of fish in weeks bay. just hope they're eating when you go.
