I know I'm not the only one who has a certain pen that they prefer to write with.. Nothing fancy, just something you can get in any office supply section. Uniball Signo and Pilot G2s are what I keep around.

What do you like?

I lose too many pens. But my office changes every day. Fortunately I stay in a lot of hotels...

In a former life I preferred thicker pens. I never liked a skinny Cross pen.

Honestly, I like the feel of a thick pen. It reminds me of the "fountain pens" I was forced to use in "cursive" writing in high school. Even though I was a lefty (which makes it a lot harder), I was proud of my book reports. Also the smell of the ink was like that smell from the "ditto machine"s purple ink in the 60s and 70s.

Agreed on the G2's. much smoother to write with. They don't require a hard press like ball points do.
I write in a very "jerky" manner, G2's along with any form of a gel pen is what I prefer to write with.
