Sat all day yesturday. Had deer and hunters walking all over me until 0900 then absolutely nothing in the afternoon.

Cowhorn and spike together chasing does. They would stop to spar every few minutes. Good sign that rut is around the corner but hasn't started yet.

My son and I hunted the morning and saw 4 deer total. We got a late start and had someone in the area we wanted to hunt so as we drove out two deer crossed the road first one was large with no rack second one had small rack. Then as we walked in on a power line one crossed way out in front of us. At 10:30 my son came and got me. He wanted to walk an area on our way out.Just as we got in the woods a deer busted out of some palmettos never saw what it was but the area had some small trees rubbed up. We may try to get in the woods today. This rain looks like it may break just before dark.
