I used to cook a lot of lamb until sams club doubled their price on a rack of lamb. lamb chops at taste of Jerusalem are pretty tasty esp considering they cook to med well ish done. Looks good!

edit: worded that wrong. I like med rare. Toj cooks more overdone than I like but still tasty lamb chops. I don’t support anything or identify with any category of well done except poultry🤣

If you have messed up teeth and follow a king/Queen. Spooney has the right idea. I like the Greek/Turkish way a lot better. Rare is the only way for lamb, IMO.

How do you say tzatziki in Greek?

Tzatziki doesn't lead with a simple “z” or “t” sound; it's the combination of the whistle-like “tsah” that produces the correct noise. However, according to Pronunciation Trainer on Youtube, the Greek-language version sounds more like “cha-chiki" {insert shrugging splittine emoji here}.

I'll take my Greek in laws pronunciation of it over Google. They all live in Athens and Kos.
