Launched at the East River today at 10 am. We fished until about 1 thirty with nothing to show for it. Had one bite the entire time. Water temps right now are at 46 degrees. I can't recall the last time I seen them this low around here. Fishing is gonna be tough for a while. Hope you other guys are having luck.

did you go upstream or downstream from the launch? Did your bite come on a worm or some other lure? Generally, I catch most of my fish on the East on worms and towards the mouth of the river, rather than upstream, so I am wondering.
