I dont use that site, but I use tide tables. Past few times I have caught reds off 3MB the tide has been in the same cycle. Might just be pure luck, but the reds seem to hit there just as its coming up on high tide.

Tides and Solunar Tables

First; I like to fish both sides of a high tide. If it occurs at daylight; it's mo' bettah'.

I believe that the Solunar Tables were developed by John Knight for freshwater.

When I did freshwater(lake) fishing with no tide, they seemed to work. I think that the Old Guy was onto something.

I don't pay attention to them now since I fish saltwater; so I can't really say. JMHO C2

If you have a smart phone get tideapp it gives you slack water. There is a difference between high tide and slack water, sometimes an hour difference. High tide is when the height of water is highest. Slack water is when the movement stops and starts going the other direction.
Tidewatch is right on been using it for uears it's a free app android and apple.

What I use is time off. If I'm not working and I can go then I go. Works for me everytime. Not to often are the fish shut down and not biting. Sometimes end up catching only lesser quality fish but I almost never leave hungry :D
