Finally had a beautiful warm day and decided to uncover the BGE. I cooked a pork loin and a side dish of carrots, diced onion, and new potatoes with a little butter wrapped in foil. This might have been my best effort on the egg! The veggies were from a "North to Alaska" fishing show I saw recently and they were really good. Next time I will add some baby portabellas to the veggies.

For the loin I sprinkled McCormicks Montreal seasoning and then coated with some generic bbq sauce. Cooked it for 2 1/2 hours about 300 degrees.

The veggies cooked about the last hour of the process I just sprinkled veggies with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some butter. The meat was super tender, nice and juicy, and was so good it would make you swallow your tongue. (That might be why I double posted the message.)
