They became an appetizer. Fishy but not horrible deep fried. If I had caught any whiting instead the hard tails would have been kept for bait for a trip back to Pensacola this summer.

Fresh there doable frozen use it for bait. And they are excellent strip baits fresh or salt! At least you made good use of them!
