If the mods want to move or delete this I understand and respect their decision.
Okay, I have not discussed this with the mods at all.
I have only discussed this with my boss because times are tough for everyone. It's really not a shameless plug for the facility that I work for and other facilities that suffer due to our current Administration. I am a nurse that works for Unihealth Post Acute Care of Santa Rosa. Located in Milton Florida near Santa Rosa Hospital (5530 Northrop Rd.). We are a 120 bed facility that provides long term care and therapy services for those that require assistance after elective surgeries. With the general public being unsure as to the uncertainty of the effects of obamacare people have been hesitant to go forward with any elective surgeries such as knee, or hip replacements when they need them. My own Mother and Aunt had bilateral knee replacements done probably prematurely due to thier concerns about Obamacare and about worires of his agenda. Even though we care for people with numerous other issues and long term care needs we like all other facilities have suffered the effects of our current administration. I would like to extend my own personal promise to give your loved ones special personalized care and let all know that if you give me the priveledge of assisting you or your family member help that I will promise you the best possible outcome from their stay with us. I'm proud to say that I'm a part of this coorporation who truly cares about our family and community. I as a nurse feel that your Mother, Father, Aunt, Uncle, Grandparent, or even child should be treated with the upmost respect and be given the oportunity to achieve their highest physical and mental potential. To allow me that previledge is the best reward I could ever ask for. Please consider our services and keep a caring business alive. Ryan made comments that are true about how the current administration and their policies are putting middle class businesses and "nursing homes" out of business due to their medicare policies. If your Mother or Father have nowhere to go other than your house, you think you have stress now

I feel for you. I know when my grandmother broke her hip in a fall, the place we took her to for rehab left her unattended in the room. I guess she thought she was fine and tried to get up and fell again. I cant stress to all who read your message to think twice then three times about where to get care for your loved ones.
I hope your company makes it through these bad times. Jim
Thank you Jim. The company will get through it but cut backs in medicare have caused people to put off necessary procedures and suffer in pain. Seriously that's just not right and we all hope for a real change next month. I work with a great group of people that truly care about the health and wellbeing of others. Due to the medicare cut backs staff members at all facilities are called off from work at times and lose a days pay. Some places have even layed off people but our facility is doing everything possible to prevent that from happening. We are the nicest and cleanest facility that I've ever seen. That was the first thing that attracted me to the facility when I was looking for a job a long time ago. If you bring your loved ones to us you wont be disappointed
