cajun specialty meats right on the street one block north of gregory (sorry i cant think of the street name)

ive heard lots of good things about them. they do traditional stuff like ground for hamburger, sausage, etc... and they apparently they do some special stuff too like combining with crab meat or something? i havent had any of this, but people say they do some great stuff!

Which, if any of these places, can you drop off the whole deer. Or do they require you to quarter the deer first. Thanks for all of the replies

Cajun will accept the whole deer, but it must be skinned and gutted. And they do some great job - their Italian Sausage and hamburger mix (with light Cajun Spice) is AWESOME>>>.:hungry

Farm Fresh Meats in Robertsdale does agood job, they are reasonable and have quick turn around. I dropped 2 deer off last wednesday and picked it up today.
