I have a lightly used Crossbow by Weider for sale. I need to move it as it has been in my garage for a few years now collecting dust. It is very similar to a bowflex. I have the workout poster, tape, and manual. There is a ton of info online about the different types of workouts offered. I am looking to get $150.00 for it. Workout partner is not included. I have the same machine. It works fine (but only if I use it LOL). That's a VERY good price. I chose it because it also can be used as a rowing machine (good for strengthening lower back). It's also pretty easy to move around, and can fold up to take up less room when not in use. Good luck!
