We plant high protein summer food plots and have several established mineral licks. The bucks come to those like crazy when they start growing horns. We set the camera up and will have 5 or 6 bucks at a lick at the same time.

and my uncle got this one this evening...

he had a 19 1/4 inch spread and measured 4 1/2 inches around the bases.
We have done year-around feeding for 4 yrs now and it has finally paid off. All our bucks have much more mass and we are seeing a big difference in the quality of our herd. In the last week we ended up with a 7, three 8's, a 9, and a 10. All in all, a great ending to a good season!
