Had the urge to eat some crawfish for a late lunch today and remembered that a while back someone posted up about the crawfish shack in the old produce building in gulf breeze. Headed that way and in less than 10 minutes had a 5lb plate of crawfish, potatoes and corn that was pretty dayum good. John Paul does it all himself down there and was workin his tail off with cooking and serving and cleaning. Overall crawfish was seasoned good...my lips are burning all the way to my ears...and I am fat and happy. Wanted them quick and got them quick.
