We have been long term renting our condo for a while but now wanting to sell and downsize our life style..

Beautiful unit on Cotton Bayou. 3 BR 2 BA with loft as third bedroom. Granite countertops, HW floors. Partial view of water. Amenities include pool, BBQ area, tennis court, boat dock with slips, boat launch, storage room. AC replaced in 2015. Parking under unit with additional guest parking.

Yes, never a problem, renters pay a fee, not owners. you can hold your slip for 2 weeks even if your boat is out... 40 slips.. 10 boats this weekend
