What the best product to use to clean vinyl boat seats in a bass boat? I dont think its mildew, just some dark spots from sitting in a garage for a couple of years. If it matters, the color of the seats are gray and blue.

On white vinyl, me and a bunch of people I know use Soft Scrub with Baking Soda. Works good! not as harsh as bleach. Im not sure if the dark vinyl would be differnet though. good luck.
Magic Eraser works great also
409, water, and that cheap yellow sponge with the green scrubber
Starbrite mildew remover / vinyl cleaner works great.
Marine spray nine and a soft brush, then any of the various vinyl protectants on the market.

Don't use armor all or other automotive products out there, get something for marine applications.
The Meguiar’s Marine Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner and Protectant is one of the best marine vinyl cleaners available these days. Just make sure to use it in a well-ventilated area to avoid any problems, especially regarding its odor.

I have found if Magic Eraser won't do it Oxy Clean might. Try a bit of Oxy Clean powder with enough water to make it pasty and a soft brush.
