You are warmer then we are so you are getting the small LY's in the spring where it takes us till aug to start seeing them.

Pretty much in the summer, spring there is plenty of sigs, spanish sardines and mostly big ly's. No way we get the bait you guys do.

Its thick in Tampa Bay most of the time especially at the skyway bridge.

that is awesome, I have never chummed for them, what is the lowest water temp do you guys get down there? We are in the mid 60's right now.

They're around always, it doesn't get cooler than 55 deg in worst case scenario here.
